Biography

Carly Monaghan is an Associate Consultant in SLR’s Construction Materials & Services team, based in Victoria. With nearly four years’ experience, Carly specialises in quarry approvals, compliance, and environmental monitoring and reporting across multiple regulatory frameworks, including Victoria and South Australia. Carly manages multidisciplinary projects for greenfield and brownfield sites, including quarry related operational and closure approvals, rehabilitation plans and liability estimates. An active member of the Institute of Quarrying Australia, Carly is known for her problem-solving skills and commitment to delivering solutions for clients in the essential construction materials sector.
