Biography
Carolyne joined RCS Global - now SLR - in 2022. She initially managed projects in the 3T sector in the DRC and is now managing the full mica project portfolio in Madagascar as SLR Better Mining's focal point for all mica projects. Before this, she was an analyst, leading risk identification and mitigation for 3TG sites in the DRC. Carolyne's focus is on ensuring that raw mineral supply chains are compliant with national and international due diligence standards.
Prior to joining RCS, she worked on nature conservation and biodiversity protection for various international organisations.
A lawyer by training, she holds a Master’s degree from Sorbonne University and an LL.M. degree from Columbia University.
