Biography
Charlotte is an experienced and commercially minded people leader, with over 20 years' expertise in transformation, M&A activity, and cultural integration.
Charlotte has led multi-jurisdictional People & Talent teams, in diverse sectors and acquisitive environments undergoing rapid transformation, across the full investment lifecycle, including a recent successful PE exit. She has also recently completed an Executive Coaching programme at Henley Business School.
